This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to assist the Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods (Administrator) in better identifying the different types of third-party claims management and adjusting services that may be required in order to efficiently and effectively discharge its responsibilities to receive, investigate and assess claims and provide compensation as appropriate.

This RFI is also intended to enhance the Administrator’s understanding of the extent of service offerings that are available from professional claims management and adjusting service providers and that are relevant to the context of a Railway Accident with resulting Loss in a Canadian jurisdiction.
