The Bank of Canada is operating in a highly regulated and dynamic environment. SAP is a foundational platform supporting mission-critical business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and EWM.
The scope of services includes comprehensive support and maintenance of the SAP landscape, as well as enhancement services to support ongoing business and technical improvements. The selected provider will be responsible for incident and problem management, service request fulfillment, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The scale of these initiatives may be of variable size ranging from 100 hours to over 1,000 hours.
The engagement will be governed by service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and collaborative governance structures to ensure transparency, accountability, and value delivery throughout the contract term.
Furthermore, with the increasing adoption of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization, there is a potential need to explore outsourcing options for solution delivery to ensure the platform is leveraged to its full potential.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to qualify SAP Application Management Service providers, pursuant to an invitational RFP process. The scope of future work may also include services related to Microsoft Power Platform, depending on evolving business needs.
