There will be an Optional Site Meeting at Shand Greenhouse (address) on December 8, 2025 @ 10:30 AM Central Standard Time.

Confirmation of the number of attendees is preferred to be sent to the RFP Contact no later than December 4, 2025, 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

PPE is required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat, and safety footwear. Confirmed attendees will be advised of any additional requirements they must comply with to access the site.
