Description

The Work of this Contract, designated J18-36 - McCowan Yard – Demolition, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to perform the following including, but not limited to:
• Erect a portion of perimeter fencing and access gate.
• Demolish the carhouse in accordance with O. Reg. 213/91, s. 212 to 221.
• Demolish the gatehouse.
• Demolish the tracks, power, and signalling systems.
• Demolish the entire Site. Except the Substation, data, and power cable from Substation towards McCowan Station, entrance pavement, one (1) fire hydrant, and portions of the storm water drainage system are to remain in accordance with the Contract Documents.
