Description:
This RFSQ issued by the University of Toronto’s is to establish a Qualified Supplier List (QSL) for Elevator Contractors to act as the Prime Contractor for the various elevator modernization projects associated with the RISE deferred capital maintenance project. The University intends to modernize and upgrade 40-80 elevators across the University’s campus through the RISE project. The QSL will be invited to participate in Second Stage procurements for this work.
