DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
 Title:  Request for Proposals for South Campus Flat Classrooms Phase 3A.  
  The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), requires general contracting services for interior renovation for the South Campus Flat Classroom Phase 3A Project in the Humanities Wing, HW308, HW402, and HW408 at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4.
 Scope of Work Highlights:

• Demolition and abatement services as per UTSC 2025-24 Appendix 1 – Drawings and UTSC  2025‑24 Appendix 3 – Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Assessment Report, Humanities Wing- HW 308, HW402and HW408. This item is to be delivered utilizing the cash allowance amount as indicated on the Price Form. .
• Patch and paint all walls of the classrooms.  
• New insulation drywall at the indicated one exterior wall of HW308.  
• Supply and installation of new lighting and ceiling.  
• Supply and installation of a wireless Automatic Door Operator (ADO) on one door of each classroom as the price in Schedule D Part 2, A. Financial Submission Form – General, Table 1: Calculation of Total Price, with alternative pricing options A1 and A2 for a wired ADO and fob access system for each classroom.  
• Installation of new flooring in each classroom.
