The objective of this Request for Proposal is to receive proposals from interested proponents for provision of the Acadia University Box Office Program Registration Software.
The Scope of work will address but not be limited to the following areas;
a) Supply software suitable for the following:
• Program Registration
• Self-service on-line registration and purchasing, including payment processing
• Point-of-Sale capability
• Program/course registration
• Memberships including ID card management
• Facility reservations
• Facility Bookings – multiple permission levels
• Promo code application
• Multiple pricing categories per event (i.e. alumni discount, early-bird pricing)
• Multi-event combination pricing (i.e. fitness packages)
• User accounts for members’ purchasers
• Season-to-season roll over for recurring events
• Customizable member relations management (mailing list) functionality
• Wireless readers/scanners for program admission
• Cloud based platform
• Mobile friendly interface for patrons and staff
• Customizable real-time reporting
• Financial management
• Integration with Ellucian Colleague Finance modules
• Full integration with Moneris
• 24 hour, 7 days a week technical support
b) Provide implementation services and training for Acadia University staff
