MERX Canadian Public Tenders offers many benefits for registered Complete Subscribers. As a subscriber you have the ability to search thousands of open opportunities, find the ones of interest for your business to bid on and win business from customers interested in your goods or services. Subscribers can select from many of the MERX Enhanced Services, including multiple delivery options to better serve your needs. Included with your subscription is access to our unique Opportunity Matching feature, access to Awarded opportunities, Former (closed) opportunities, Document Request List and International opportunities.
Complete Canadian Public Tenders subscription
Choose the Complete Canadian Public Tenders subscription and you will never miss an opportunity. A Complete subscription gives you unlimited electronic access to all federal, provincial and MASH (municipal, academic, social and healthcare) sector tenders published on MERX Canadian Public Tenders. This subscription includes one Opportunity Matching profile for automatic notification of sales opportunities, automatic notification of any amendment, access to former and awarded opportunities plus Automatic Delivery of Amendments1 for only $27.00/month or save with an annual subscription at $248.00/year!
Pay as You Go (PAYG)
The Pay as You Go is an alternative to the Complete subscription and provides one-time access to public sector opportunities. Instead of a monthly or yearly subscription, a one-time fee of $55.00 is paid per opportunity. This provides flexibility and is available if you would like to access an opportunity without making a monthly or annual commitment.
Basic Subscription
A Basic subscription is limited to the viewing of opportunity abstracts and includes a free Opportunity Matching profile. MERX will notify you of opportunities that match your business profile and we are confident that you will become a Complete Subscriber in no time.
When registering with a Basic subscription you may also select the option to have free access to opportunities posted by the Government of Manitoba. To select this subscription please click on the option that says "I am not ready to subscribe but would like to be notified of opportunities that match my business profile" AND select the Manitoba Government Opportunities Package (see below).

Notification of Amendment
You will receive notification that an amendment has been issued by e-mail, fax. You will be responsible for returning to MERX and ordering the amendment documents. This is a free service.

Each amendment, questions and answers sheet or update is treated as a separate document. No document order fees will apply for the notification of amendments or cancellations, suppliers have the option to accept, reject or change at any time, the automatic email notification. Document fees will apply for automatic delivery of amendments; suppliers have the option to change at any time, the automatic delivery of amendments.
