The objective of this Request for Proposal is to receive proposals from interested proponents for provision of the Acadia University Box Office Ticketing Software
The Scope of work will address but not be limited to the following areas;
a) Supply software suitable for the following:
• Box Office Ticketing
• Self-service on-line seat selection and ticket purchasing, including payment processing
• Point-of-Sale capability
• Customizable ticket face
• Ability to create customized seating maps for all venues
• General & reserved seating functionality
• Combined general and reserved seating within same event
• Promo code application
• Multiple pricing categories per event (i.e. alumni discount, early-bird pricing)
• Multi-event combination pricing (i.e. season ticket packages for two or more sports)
• User accounts for ticket purchasers
• Season-to-season roll over for recurring events
• Customizable customer relations management (mailing list) functionality
• E-ticketing capability • Wireless readers/scanners for e-tickets
• Cloud based platform
• Mobile friendly interface for patrons and staff
• Customizable real-time reporting
• Financial management
• Integration with Ellucian Colleague Finance modules
• Full integration with Moneris
• 24 hour, 7 days a week technical support
b) Provide implementation services and training for Acadia University staff.
