The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with Acadia University for the provision of the Deliverables. It is Acadia University’s intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period sufficient to complete the deliverables. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around June 29, 2017.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
