Description

Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the provision of ground handling operation services (including transition services and all incidental or ancillary services to such operations) at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (Airport). Such services will be governed by a license agreement to be granted by ADM to each successful tenderer and the service contracts to be negotiated between each successful tenderer and airlines having an active presence at the Airport (as further described in the RFP and ADM’s license).

We wish to inform you that this RFP is by invitation-only and ADM tenders will be available exclusively via the Bonfire electronic submission platform. Any request to be invited to the RFP process can be made via the Bonfire electronic submission platform and any such request will be assessed by ADM and the committee in charge of the RFP process in their sole discretion. All invited tenderers must first register via the following address: https://admtl.bonfirehub.ca/login to obtain the documents and submit their proposal.

The RFP documents shall be available to invited tenderers on or about November 7, 2022. The RFP process is expected to close on or about December 20, 2022 and all proposals should be received prior to such date.

ADM will keep, for information purposes, the description of its opportunities on the Merx platform: https://www.merx.com, but without, however, publishing the RFP documents.
