Description

The Authority’s mission is to implement, operate, maintain and manage, for the safety of navigation, an effective and efficient pilotage service on the St. Lawrence River and the Saguenay River.
For these purposes, the Authority wishes to obtain the pilot transfer services required on a 24/7 basis 365 days a year and an appropriate waiting room, at the Port of Québec according to a Turnkey Formula.

The Bid shall be presented on the Tender Form, along with all its schedules or other documents required in the Call for Tenders. All blank fields in the Bid must be completed. Any erasure or correction must bear the initials of the authorized signing officer, if applicable. The Tender Form and the Bidder’s Probity Attestation must be signed in the places provided for this purpose by the authorized person(s).

Additional Bidding Instructions

In accordance with the Price Schedule, the Bidder shall indicate, based on the estimated quantities entered by the Authority, the prices per pilot transfer. Each price per pilot transfer submitted shall be multiplied by the quantities indicated by the Authority in the Price Schedule and the whole added up to obtain a single global amount for the purposes of determining the highest weighted score.
