Aéroport de Québec inc. (« AQi ») is in charge of managing, operating, maintaining, and developing Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB). In continuity with its continuous development plan, AQi wishes to join the professional services of a firm specialized in implementation of a Talent Management System (TMS) that can meet the current performance and training management needs of the internal and external users working for the organization.
In order to do so, AQi first desires to conduct a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to help clarifying its needs and building its specifications for an eventual formal Request for Quotation (RFQ). Therefore, it is important to mention that this document is not built towards a final and formal proposal but more to give an order of magnitude of AQi needs to assess potential models.
