Description

AIMCo is currently undertaking multiple initiatives and would like to reduce the time to market for the solutions and increase the quality of the deliverables. Business Technology (“BT”) is continuously looking into areas of automation and has already started building an automation framework around TIBCO adaptors and the Calypso application but would like to continue working on automation of other areas.
The purpose of this engagement is to review the existing QA practices and processes and build on the foundational elements already established. Once completed, develop a strategy, roadmap and framework, on maturing the QA function and incorporating test automation surrounding AIMCo’s COTS applications to facilitate the quick delivery of projects and reduce test execution time, “(the “Project”).
