RFQ CHO-072018 - Framework Development for Management and Administrative Infrastructure

The purpose is to develop a framework and guidance document to assist organizations in the community-based sector in determining evidence informed, efficient and sustainable organizational infrastructure for management and administrative positions to enable high performing organizations. 
This framework must be able to be adapted and assist organizations with determining appropriate organizational structure and design on their path to maturity and substantive size increase (e.g. from 20 to 40 staff; from 40 to 80 staff, etc.). Appropriate staffing thresholds and scenarios should be modelled based on best practice, literature, survey and interview findings. The review must also broadly consider the number of programs/ services, locations, partnerships and leadership initiatives being undertaken by members, as well as the complex management needs and requirements deriving from this new context.
