ATCO Structures and Logistics (ATCO), is currently the prime contractor to Defence Construction Canada (DCC) to provide facility maintenance services at Department of National Defence (DND) sites in the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Area, South and Western Ontario, Northern Ontario and Rouyn-Noranda in Quebec. These services provided under the Ontario Facilities Maintenance Contract (OFMC), consist of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance/repair and minor projects up to a value of $300,000. Work Performance will be required from 31 March 2017 to 31 March 2018.
ATCO is seeking companies interested in conducting the work outlined above, as well as consultants to undertake work definition, preparation of design, statement of work and tender documentation.
In order to participate in this work, vendors must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) or Facility Security Clearance (FSC), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Contractor personnel must hold a minimum screening level of Reliability Status, however Secret (Level II) is preferred as it is required to work in more secure areas.
