This RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of consulting services for building envelope upgrades and full roof replacement at the Coquitlam Kinsmen Estates.

This RFP requires a Mandatory Site Viewing:

Proponents must attend viewing the facilities on the specified date and times below.

Date: July 25th, 2017
Time: 2:00 p.m. PST
Location: 1320 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, BC

This will be the only opportunity during the bidding phase for a viewing of inside of the building. Proponents are not to directly contact building staff and/or operator.

The meeting will begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted in written to the BC Housing Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.1.1 Timetable.

IMPOTANT: Submissions received from Proponents who failed to attend the Mandatory Site Viewing will not proceed for further evaluation.
