Site Visit Date and Time: July 10, 2018 at 2:00pm PST
Deadline for Questions: July 16, 2018 @ 10:00 a.m. (Please note that questions asked after this time may not be responded to)
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: July 19, 2018
Submission Deadline: July 24, 2018 @ 2:00 p.m. PST
Rectification Deadline: July 25, 2018 @ 2:00 p.m. PST

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Proponents should attend viewing the facilities on the specified date and times below.
Date: July 10, 2018 at 2:00pm PST
Location: 2270 East 25th Ave., Vancouver

This will be the only opportunity during the RFP phase for a viewing of inside of the building. Proponents are not to directly contact building staff and/or the operator.

The meeting will begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the BC Housing Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.1.1 Timetable.
Brief Description of Work
This project will include the following scopes of work:

Roof replacement with RCABC RoofStar Ten (10) - year Guarantee,
Cladding replacement with rainscreen and balcony membrane and railing replacement.
Entry doors and select sliding glass door replacement as required,
Domestic water pipe replacement,
Sprinkler system installations,
Kitchen exhaust installations,
Lighting Upgrades,
- Interior Lighting,
- Security Lighting,
Access control improvements,
Concrete access steps and railing replacement/repairs (townhouses),
Garbage enclosure improvements,
Flooring replacement in common areas (apartments),
Site office access/egress improvements,
Fire panel upgrade,
Playground renovations,
Regrading of site for drainage and landscaping,
