Description

Beaver County is seeking a tender for (the “Work”) as follows:

1.1.1 The provision of Gravel Crushing services for a two year term with an optional renewal for a term of two years

1.2 The County will, after applying the Evaluation Criteria set out in Article 17.2, be entitled to select the Tender(s) that the County determines, in its sole unfettered discretion, to be in the best interests of the County.

1.3 Beaver County will receive sealed tenders until 2:00:00 p.m. local time on October 24, 2018. Faxed and Emailed tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
