Sealed bids marked “Belle Plaine – Drinkwater Conservation & Development
Area Inc., Highway and Rail Auger Bore Culvert Crossings” will be received at the
Regina Office of Stantec Consulting Ltd., #400 – 1820 Hamilton Street, Regina,
Saskatchewan, S4P 2B8, up to 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, October 4, 2018.
The work includes:
- Supply and installation by boring of two (2) - 1200 mm Smooth Walled
Steel Pipe (SWSP) culverts, with a minimum pipe thickness of 12.5 mm,
through Highway 39, Control Section 39-08 at km 14.1. The work
includes excavation, supply and installation of geotextile and riprap,
and site restoration.
- Supply and installation by boring of four (4) - 1500 mm SWSP culverts,
with a minimum pipe thickness of 25 mm, through CP Rail, Weyburn
Subdivision at mile 10.7. The work includes excavation, supply and
installation of geotextile and riprap, settlement monitoring, and site
restoration.

There will be no pre-bid meeting.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of
10 percent (10%) of the bid price, payable to the Belle Plaine – Drinkwater
Conservation & Development Area Inc., plus a consent of surety to provide a
performance bond and a labour and materials bond each in the amount of 50
percent (%) of the bid price.
The lowest of any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
