Notice of Bellwoods Information Technology Support Services
Request for Proposals #10-09-2020 Posting
Bellwoods Centres of Community Living (“Bellwoods”) has issued a non-binding RFP, as noted above, on Biddingo and MERX™.
Established over sixty (60) years ago, Bellwoods is a charitable, not-for-profit organization providing community-based, client directed support services, client and family centered care, Independent Living education programs, and accessible, affordable housing. Bellwoods focuses on meeting community needs through partnership development to support health system priorities. The objective of the RFP is to award an Agreement to one (1) qualified Supplier for the provision of Information Technology (“IT”) Support Services, including Day to Day Operational Support Services, on an as-and-when required basis, for Bellwoods.
The Proponent, submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, must have completed a current System and Organization Control (“SOC”) 2 Audit confirming its consistent application of procedures and controls related to data confidentiality, availability and privacy. Refer to Section 1.2 of the RFP for more information.
Proposals will be evaluated in eight (8) stages, as detailed in Part 3 of the RFP.
The Term is intended to be for three (3) years, with an option in favour of Bellwoods to extend the Term (on the same terms and conditions) for up to two (2) additional periods of up to two (2) years each.
Bellwoods makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any Agreement resulting from this procurement.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this notice and the RFP, the RFP shall prevail.
Proponents are advised that there will not be a public opening of this RFP. Bellwoods will open proposals at a time subsequent to the closing date indicated in the RFP timetable above, and in the RFP itself.
This procurement is subject to Chapter Five – Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
