It is the Bidder's responsibility to:
a)     Obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the RFP, if necessary, before submitting a proposal.
b)     Send its proposal only to the Contracting Authority identified in the RFP.
c)     The technical and financial components of the proposal must be submitted in separate, easily identified sealed envelopes.
d)     Bidders are requested to place the envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals, and financial statements, if applicable, in a sealed outer envelope.
e)     The outer envelope must bear the name of the Bidder, return address of the Bidder, submission address , solicitation number and description, and the RFP closing date and time.
f)       Bidders are requested to present their Proposals on 8.5” X 11” paper. The font size should be at least equivalent to Arial 12 or Times New Roman 12.
