In order to optimize IT operations and improve the systems usability for the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) wage subsidy and possibly other wage subsidy programs; BioTalent Canada requires an automation of wage subsidy data entry and management processes that must align with BioTalent Canada’s brand of good user experience and a company being great to work with. The scope of Wage Subsidy Automation Project (functional and non-functional requirements) is defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) document.
