Background Information:
.1 The entirely new single-storey building is situated on a relatively flat site site with prominent west exposure in NW21-22-10W2M on the Southern edge of Okanese reserve. New internal road access to a health centre to the south is included. There are no known concerns with regard to site contamination nor any remediation required.

.1 Site work, new construction of main protective services building.
.2 Main building involves public and secure areas as well as prisoner cells. Complex, security-driven construction details, acoustic requirements and suicide- resistant features are prevalent throughout. State-of-the-art electronic security, monitoring, communications and seamless systems’ integration are fundamental to project success.
.3 Approximate areas and counts: main floor footprint approximately 900 sq.m., approximately 30 parking spaces.
