Description

The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority is currently seeking a qualified architect/engineer to perform works associated with the Canadian Maintenance Shop Interior Renovations Project at the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, Ontario. The general purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing 3,000 square feet of industrial space to better accommodate staff use, and to more efficiently utilize the available footprint.

The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to: design services for locker rooms, washroom facilities, and a lunch room, as well as construction contract administration and construction support services. Final design is expected to be complete for construction to commence in August, 2017.
