Description

This is a Request for an Expression of Interest and Supplier Information to identify all Suppliers in the Canadian marketplace licensed to provide Mohawk Medbuy Members and Customers the following products:

Reusable EEG cup electrodes including harness;
Easy cleaning and disinfection;
Health Canada approved;
MRI Compatible 1.5-3T (non-magnetic material) under controlled conditions;
Touch proof connectors;
Pediatric and Adult patients.

There has been increasing interest among Canadian hospitals to source such electrodes. The clinical objective is to be able to continue monitoring patients being MR imaged (or CT scanned) with minimal disruption or discomfort, but also to save costs over disposable EEG electrodes.
The intent of Mohawk Medbuy is to proceed with a Negotiated RFP, RFQ or Agreement(s) for these solutions in the near future (posted on Biddingo). Mohawk Medbuy reserves the right to use any of these strategies to best meet the Mohawk Medbuy Member’s needs, or not to proceed.
Mohawk Medbuy is a national healthcare services organization servicing healthcare facilities, regions, and agencies.
Suppliers who can provide the product(s) that meet the needs identified may electronically submit a maximum 5-page Executive Summary describing their solution including key contact information to:
