642 - Promotional Items

The Calgary Airport Authority is inviting proposals from qualified companies for the supply of promotional merchandise products on an "as, if and when required" basis. We are seeking creative, high-quality, trendy, and durable promotional items that align with our brand values and leave a lasting impression. We welcome proposals from suppliers who can provide all items or only select promotional products they specialize in. Preference will be given to Calgary-based companies and/or Canadian-made products. Suppliers must provide detailed responses to all RFP requirements, clearly identifying any areas they are unwilling or unable to meet. A sample mock-up of items will be required prior to order placement. Proposals will be evaluated based on product origin, price, creativity, trendiness, quality, longevity, and compliance with our contract terms.
