Description

The Corporation is requesting proposals for the Fire Systems / Panels (“Project”), per the specifications and details of all requirements set out in APPENDIX A (Scope of Work). The intent of this request for proposals (“Request for Proposal” or “RFP”) is to solicit and receive formal proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from prospective suppliers (each, a “Proponent”) to perform ongoing monitoring of its fire alarm systems on a 24/7 basis. The contractor shall provide inspection, testing, and maintenance services for the fire alarm control panel and related fire detection systems to ensure compliance with local fire codes and industry standards (“Works”).
