RFP 16178 - Scoping Reviews to Inform Development of two (2) Health Indicators

This RFP is focused on two (2) indicators:
 

1.  Indicator 1  - Early Identification of Mental Health or Addictions Issues for Early Intervention in Youth Age 10-25; and 
2.  Indicator 2  - Awareness and/or Successful Navigation of Mental Health and Addictions Services.

1. Development of a proposed search strategy and approach to the report for prior review and approval
2. A review of the published and grey literature
3. Identification of key stakeholders in the field
4. Qualitative interviews (10-15) with key stakeholders
5. Development of a high-level interim report on:
   1. Identified measures and respective tools for collecting data
   2. Preliminary findings on the definitions
   3. Key challenges encountered during the initial work
   4. Next steps for finalizing the scoping review.
6. Completion and submission of final scoping review
7. Presentation to CIHI Team 
    

1. Proposed search strategy and approach to the report for review and approval by CIHI
2. Interim report of findings and presentation to CIHI
3. Final report of findings which includes:
   1. Summary of key findings
   2. Summary tables of literature selected for inclusion into the review
   3. Options/ recommendations for indicator measurement
