Chandos are the Construction Managers for this project to construct new 17,500 New Early Learning Center and Daycare Facility on the Georgian Island for Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nations.
The scope consists of the following:
New Early Learning Center and Daycare Facility one story new building construction includes but not limited too: excavation and civil work, paving, concrete finishing, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, structural and misc. steel, rough carpentry, glued timber, millwork, building insulation, metal and flat roofing, composite and metal siding, doors, frames, aluminum framed entrances, windows, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, miscellaneous specialties, mechanical & Electrical work.
It will be two on-line meeting sessions Jan 20th and 23rd at 1PM (highly recommend) to provide additional information and project logistic, please review Schedule A for required access to on-line meeting.
