The City of Armstrong is inviting tenders for the upgrading of Fortune Creek Intake; the major works include the supply and installation of: - Temporary creek diversion dam, temporary water supply and intake - Coarse and fine screens - 400ø intake screens, header and valve - 900ø sluice gate and electric actuator - Reinforced concrete walls and pads - Electrical and controls conduit - Steel frame structure - Decking with steel bracing and hatch - Guardrail - Creek Restoration
Tenderers downloading the tender documents should register with Gentech Engineering Inc. via email (gentech@gentechengineering.com). Addenda will be posted on BC Bid, the City’s website and emailed to all registered tenderers. A non-mandatory site meeting will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2019. It is recommended that all interested parties attend, due to the complexity of the project. All interested parties to meet at 9:30am at the Public Works Yard, 2950 Patterson Avenue, Armstrong, BC, V0E 1B1.
