The City of Grand Forks and the Boundary Flood Recovery Team is seeking a proponent with multi-discipline professionals to provide project planning support and design for structural and natural flood mitigation; complete with a Class (as per the fee schedule) estimate of costs. The project has been deemed eligible to apply through Infrastructure Canada’s Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund (DMAF) and the planning support requires significant professional expertise and time to complete within the deadline for the application.
