BFR2018-07-RFQ - Pre-Flood Appraisals

The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to provide quotations for conducting appraisals on properties affected by 2018 flooding in and around the City of Grand Forks where flood protection and public safety projects require acquisition of private property. The City and Flood Recovery Team are applying for funding to develop flood protection works and green infrastructure in critical areas. Further, the City requires the appraisals to reflect market value of properties within six months prior to flooding of May 2018 as well as the current market value with any major post-flood improvements in value.



All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
