The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to provide quotations for the cleaning and inspection of the City of Grand Forks’ East Zone and High Zone active potable water reservoirs using a remotely operated vehicle and without service interruption.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
