The City of Lacombe is seeking bids from qualified municipal concrete contractors to undertake a select sidewalk replacement project in the City. Work will occur on 47th Street, 52nd Avenue and 54th Street as noted in Appendix A - Schedule B. The City’s budget for the 2019 Downtown Sidewalk Replacement Project is $102,000. An additional $50,000 of provisional work may be included, contingent on council’s approval. Proponents price is to include the following: • Base preparation • Permits • Insurance • Pedestrian and Traffic Accommodation • Coordination with adjacent businesses to maintain customer access • Any other incidental items require to complete the work.
