RFP084 - Westview Trail Construction

Mandatory Site Meeting: August 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM Westview Park, Westview Drive, Lacombe, AB.

Through this Request for Proposals, The City of Lacombe is inviting Proponents to submit proposals for the preliminary design, detail design, and subsequent construction of a new path connection between the Westview Trail and Westview Park. The proposed infrastructure will include gravel timber steps, retaining walls, gravel ramp pathway traversing a natural slope, handrails, and all other works necessary to create a complete pathway connection between the Westview Trail and Westview Park. (Draft Concept, in Appendix H, not to be used for construction) The purpose of this RFP is to identify and rank potential Contractors and other interested parties capable of completing the work.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
