Requirement
The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the “City”) is requesting standing offer submissions from Offerers qualified to supply and deliver light Fleet vehicles on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). The City estimates a total of 125 various light Fleet vehicles will be required annually.
On 17 August 2020, the City posted Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) 33520-07100-S01 to supply and deliver light fleet vehicles for Fleet Services, with a closing date of 15 October 2020. Two (2) Addenda were issued.
The initial Period of Standing Offer was 01 December 2020 to 31 October 2021. Extension number 1 was exercised and the Period of Standing Offer was extended for the period 01 November 2021 to 31 October 2022. In accordance with the RFSO, the Standing Offer may be extended for an additional three (3) one (1) year terms, subject to satisfactory performance by the Vendors, and continued requirement by the City.

Inquiries
All inquiries concerning this Request for Standing Offer Extension No. 2 should be directed in writing to the Administrative Authority no later than 22 September 2022. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed.
Eligible Vendor List
The RFSO established an initial list of vendors authorized as the Supplier(s) of Light Fleet Vehicles, per Vehicle ID.
In accordance with the RFSO, section 36.3, New Offerer(s) wishing to be placed on the Eligibility List(s) who did not submit an offer in response to the original RFSO and unsuccessful Offerers who were not placed on the Eligibility List(s) based on their original offer submission, may submit a new offer for the City’s consideration once every twelve (12) months from the original Date of Authorization. New responsive offers will be authorized in accordance with Section 3 Basis of Authorization to the RFSO.
This posting will serve to authorize the Standing offer of NEW Offerers who submit responsive offers for any Vehicle ID’s for which a Firm Unit Price has been provided in Price Schedule “A” Ext 2. Vendors already authorized on this Standing Offer do not need to submit a submission to this posting.
