Requirement
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional engineering services to undertake design and
contract administration, inspection and engineering support during the construction for the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre (ROPEC) Premise Water Backflow Prevention Upgrades as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference and Annex “B” – Contract Administration Services Terms Of Reference.

Please be advised that all personnel attending the site visit will require a CSA approved hardhat and pair of CSA approved safety boots.
