All respondents are strongly urged to attend the site visit at 1500 St. Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa, ON on Wednesday, 20 August 2025 at 1:00 pm as outlined in Article 1.11 - Proposed Schedule of Events. Attendees should meet at the main entrance (southwest corner) to 899 Belfast Road. Please be advised that all personnel attending the site visit will require a hi-visibility safety vest and a pair of CSA approved safety boots. A Respondents Information Meeting will take place ahead of the site visit in the 1500 St. Laurent Boulevard Admin Building in Room 1208. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm followed by the site walk through.
