Description

The City of Ottawa is seeking to minimize tariff impacts associated to this or any related solicitation. This may include altering specifications to include products with increased Canadian content or non-tariffed alternatives. The City welcomes any questions or feedback from bidders which may assist the City in achieving the goal of reducing the negative impacts of tariffs on this solicitation.
Bidders should note the basis of award for this solicitation detailed in Part 2 of the RFT.

PART I TENDER CALL
The City of Ottawa (after this called the “City”) invites Tenders for: Contract Number: CP001009
Described as: 2023-2024 PXO PROJECTS (WARD 3, 10, 16 AND 24
The MERX online system is the official and sole distributor of this Request for Tenders (RFT) and any issued Addenda. The MERX online system is also the official and sole bid submission platform. Tenderers are advised to contact MERX directly for electronic bid submission assistance.
Tenders shall be received until: 3:00 p.m. local time Thursday, July 17th, 2025
Tenders received by the time and date specified above shall be published by MERX as soon as possible after that time. Such publication does not imply any decision by the City as to whether a Tender is irregular.

The three low bidders must complete and submit the Schedule of Prices to the Contracting Authority via email within 24 hours of
Tender close.
