Requirement
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out design, contract administration, construction inspection and engineering support during construction for the Quinn Road Watermain Replacement and Resurfacing project as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference and Annex “B” – Contract Administration Services Terms Of Reference.
