  Prospective Offeror’s are strongly urged to attend the site visit at the Robert O. Picard Environmental Centre (ROPEC) located at located at 800 Green Creek Drive at the date and time noted under Section 1.11 (Proposed Schedule of Events). All personnel attending the site visit will be required CSA approved safety boots, safety glasses and a hard hat provided at the Offeror’s sole expense. Attendee’s who lack the correct safety equipment will be asked to leave the premises and will be unable to attend the site visit.
  
  Prospective Offeror’s planning to attend the meeting should register by emailing the following information to the Administrative Authority no later than the date and time noted under Section 1.11 (Proposed Schedule of Events):
  
  • Attendee’s full name;
  • Company name; and
  • Attendee’s cell phone number and email address.
  
  The site visit may be cancelled if the Administrative Authority does not receive confirmation to attend by any Prospective Offeror’s by the deadline.
