Description

The City of Ottawa on behalf of itself and the following co-operating participants are requesting Offers from qualified electrical material vendors to supply and deliver electrical materials on an as and when requested basis. Where the term “City and Participants” is used in this Co-operative Request for Standing Offer (CRFSO) document it shall be understood, unless otherwise clarified, to mean the City of Ottawa and all of the co-operating participants as a collective whole.

The City routinely procures a variety of commercially available electrical materials to fulfill operational and capital project requirements. The details as to what the City and Participants will require from a designated standing offer supplier with respect to both products and services are as set out herein.
