Requirement:
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as “the City”, requires a renewal of existing, as well as new Secure Access (no equivalent) Licenses to meet the business needs of the City on an as and when requested basis, (the “Goods”).

Basis of Award:
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), minus any prompt payment discount offered.
