The City of Quesnel invites interested parties to submit a sealed bid/offer on the City owned equipment listed below in the PDF file.
The equipment listed below is being sold on a “as is, where is” basis. A waiver will be required for playground equipment indicating the purchaser is responsible for determining whether the equipment is safe and suitable for use.
Bids will only be accepted in a marked envelope with the Lot # clearly written. Only one bid per envelope. The sealed bids will be accepted at the front counter of City Hall, 410 Kinchant St, Quesnel, BC, V2J 7J5 until Monday, November 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. At that time, there will be a public opening for all pieces of equipment.
The City of Quesnel reserves the right to refuse any or all offers submitted, including the highest offer.
Purchased equipment must be paid in full at City Hall and picked up from Public Works by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 or else the purchaser forfeits the equipment. Applicable taxes will be added to the final bid price.
