The City of Quesnel and Cariboo Regional District are seeking submissions from qualified proponents interested in operating a food and beverage concession in the new West Fraser Centre in Quesnel, BC. The West Fraser Centre will have a spectator capacity of 1,450 and is expected to open September 16, 2017.
The concession space will be located on the spectator concourse of the new arena and can serve patrons both in the concourse and in the adjoining multi-purpose room. The concession space is approximately 200 square feet. The concession will be partially finished and include a two-part sink, a single sink, range hood, counter space and cabinets, but will not include appliances. Space provisions have been made for a dishwasher, range, microwave and fridge/freezer.
