The City of Quesnel is requesting proposals to supply, deliver and install a new office trailer at the
Quesnel Municipal Cemetery. The attached site plan identifies the location of the proposed office trailer in relation to the road and existing building. The attached floor plan is desired but may be altered slightly.
General Notes:
•The requested size for the office trailer is 10’ wide by 32’ long.
•The City will consider other dimensions if 10’ x 32’ is not available, but must be similar in size.
•Installation to include basic wood blocking, set level on compacted site.
•The City will compact and level the site prior to delivery.
•Must comply with the British Columbia Building Code 2012 Part 9.
•Must meet snow loading requirements for the Quesnel area.
•Must comply with the Canadian Electrical Code 2012.
•Must Comply with the National Plumbing Code 2010.
•Proponents may submit more than one proposal with separate pricing for each proposal.
•Axels and wheels are not required once delivered.
•The City will supply and install stairs, landings and skirting as required.
