Description

This package will price the brick renovation required for the exteior of the building

Complete gut renovation of a 12 storey plus penthouse building. The project will create 120 new 1 and 2 bed transitional housing units. The work includes but is not limited to; complete demolition and abatement of all interior spaces, new LULA Lift, new exterior elevator shaft, complete new flooring, drywall and painting finishes, masonry, millwork, new exterior windows and aluminum panels, new roofing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection.
