Description

Request for contractor pre-qualification
General scope of work:

Full replacement of all roof sections, including flashing, and installation of new PVC roofing system.
Removal and disposal of existing roof assembly.
Remove all delaminated wall flashing details on roof and install new flashing.
Provide new overlay board designed for existing roof structure, vapour barrier, insulation and new PVC roof membrane.
Provide new drain inserts to improve the drainage.
Install safety railing at the rooftop of the vertical shaft of the boiler room and other areas to meet health and safety requirements.
