Description

Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is a Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) retained by Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC) under a Master Services Agreement. Colliers Project Leaders Inc., on behalf of Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC), is requesting a fee proposal for File Restoration, Confidential File Destruction and miscellaneous file and IT assets storage costs.

In late March 2017 a fire occurred at 10 Government Road in Kirkland Lake and affected five Government of Ontario ministry offices. Four of the affected ministry offices have documents in freezer storage which require further processing as described below. Documents are contaminated with soot and possibly mould due to sprinkler activation at the time of the fire.

Submit a properly executed and unqualified Stipulated Sum Form using the form attached as Appendix B – Contractor’s Stipulated Sum. The stipulated sum price shall include all reimbursable expenses.
